Do you know how to help me with a beef stew?

I just bought the grill cover (like a George Foreman Hamilton Beach) that I allows you to cook the meat. However, since no meat stack in nine years, all I have is a stew of diced beef. I was hoping someone could suggest allows me a delicious delicious grilled (preferably rice).

What you can do is beef skewers. Not necessarily to put meat and vegetables on a stick. While all season uniforms and put on the network, everything will be fine delicious.
