Electric stoves can be cheaper to use gas stoves?

I know that gas is usually cheaper than (power cons gas dryers electric dryers, gas and heating oil versus electric heaters, etc..) But I live in a small study and would be more convenient to use a George Foreman grill or stove. Is it very expensive because the area used for heat is much less than when the preheating and the use of an oven gas? Or if you only use the gas stove top burners is that cheaper than the small electric?

If you live in a small apartment and burn many free gas fireplace, you can record the ambient air, which creates a large amount of net carbon dioxide and perhaps sometime monoxide carbon.
