A healthy diet these days can be a daunting task for many. Schedules with fast and busy to eat the right foods in a day may seem difficult if not impossible. However, eating a better diet should not be as complicated as us. But it requires a little planning and discipline.

Utensils Kitchen knives / forks, spoons, tongs, spatula, measuring cup (s), and several others.

Gas Grill (preferably out like George Foreman cover) - Grilling is not an absolute necessity, but it can make the meat and vegetables prepared in a jiffy.

Plan staples (yes, you know the four basic food groups!)

First go to buy one of those cheap crockpot / slow cooker books or brochures (you have one of these When you buy your clay pot) with all kinds of recipes. They are super easy to follow for an early start in preparing tasty, nutritious meals. Note that you do need something to start. Soon you'll discover more for yourself and turn the food you never thought possible.

Sit down and make a calendar (day / Week / month, what time works for you) food you eat and how long you going to eat. Over time, preparing meals and cleaning. Not that hard as you think. Just do it.
