Does anyone know of a recipe to help me out tonight?

Our oven / stove and broke the news did not come until tomorrow. I forgot put something in the crock pot this morning for dinner. So now when I get home I have to prepare a meal with my other devices. I have a George Foreman grill, microwave and hotplate. I also have a line. Unfortunately, I must be choosy. I am a low-fat diet and suffer from hypertension when the sodium content should be low as well. Does anyone have recipes? Thanks in advance for your thoughtful assistance.
