A healthy chicken?

I quarter chicken (thighs and legs still attached) and I want to cook tonight. I am looking for my family to eat more healthily, I do not want to fry the chicken is too hot to something heavy like chicken and noodles and mashed potatoes from the earth and not to mention all the boiling water .... Sheesh. Be I can roast ... But how was I to her season? How long to cook? The package says there are 5 pounds of chicken goodness. How do you know your chicken. I have a barbecue, a little Bitty George Foreman grill that I had with my toaster for my wedding, and I speak not a chicken ... lol ... What temperature should be placed in the oven? I packaging the leaves of potato and onion, or what? I need new ideas!

350 degrees, top with Italian dressing and bake it, or any other dressing .. You'd be surprised in order to see how well it is so ... salad vegetables, microwave cooking fresh seafood or youcann keep it ... Packages of sheets would be awesome .. 350 degree kick in. all.
