Cooking steaks, leg of lamb, pork chops and chicken with George Foreman Grill? 10 points available?

I do this regime, and contains a lot of beef, chops, and .. Grilled chicken, but I have a roast in my oven (Does it make sense) But I a George Foreman grill (medium). How much long should I cook the fillets of lamb? I cook it right! and how? What kind of seasoning do I use? No butter using? The same goes for the chop How can I cook lamb properly? condiments? how long they should be in the George Foreman? and still the same with the chicken? Can I cook on a grill of George Foreman? If so how long? What seasonings do not use butter? Do not worry, I will not eat any meat, chops and chicken in a day! and one more thing How can I check each one of them cooked?
