I thought I had lost my book too, but I've found. So I thought you might like. I knew he was doing. Straight from the book: 1/4-1/2 cup: low fat margarine 1 1 / 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon of tea baking powder 1 / 8 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons: Prime 2 eggs 1 1 / 2 cups: low fat milk 1 tablespoon of tea: vanilla extract Nonstick spray Melt margarine in microwave. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl medium, beat the eggs lightly and add milk, vanilla and melted margarine. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix lightly. Do not overmix. Waffle plates placed in the top and bottom of the grid. Put the lever back. Set the temperature high to allow the grill to preheat. When the green light turns off, the grill is preheated. Coat plates top and bottom with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon about 1/3-cup of dough on each side of the bottom plate of waffles and close the lid. Cook the waffles for 3 1 / 2 minutes. Make waffles and cook to brown. Repeat with any remaining dough. Keep warm in the oven or serve immediately with syrup and honey.
