Please Help GRP4P George Foreman Grill w / Removable plates model?

I'm thinking about buying this grill cover, because removable plates and good qualifications, but I have some questions for those who already have one yet. sale price 49.99 today. 1) How exactly what is used for cooking? 2) I saw the photo, are you supposed to put meat on the grill bottom, and closed down the lid of the barbecue to cook the meat? 3) Could you just go out of the grid at the top open so you can see to cook the meat on the bottom and turn the grill to cook meat on both sides equally? 4) What is the correct cooking? 5) What are all the elements included in the box? 6) What is the difference between grid patterns GRP4P (silver) and GRP4 (white) more beyond the color of it? 7) What is the easiest way is to wash the dishes?
