george foreman grill instructions
Can I have step by step instructions on how to cook boneles skinless chicken breast on a george foreman grill?
I dont think the actuall brand is george foreman but its that kind of grill and cook the chicken in either italian dressing, buffalo sauce or bbq sauce I dont know what to do till after I thaw the chicken
once it's thawed put some salt and pepper on the chicken. turn on your forman and spray/ oil with cooking spray. place chickwn in, close and cook about 5 minutes. add your bbq sauce and cook another 3-5 minutes. This will vary depending on thickness of your chicken. Just make sure there is no pink when you cut into it.
