Quick & Healthy Chicken Recipes George Foreman?

Im trying to reduce the rice twice a day at a time (I'm Hispanic so it's difficult). I need quick and healthy recipes George Foreman to take for lunch. I love salads and healthier alternatives to rice. I just got a grill for Christmas, but I have no manual.

These are the recipes for chicken .... We hope you enjoy it. Chiang Mai chicken ~~~~~ ~~~~~ This chicken dish has a great taste of ginger and subtle salt Tabasco. Does not require much cooking time and the result is delicious. Serving size: 4 / Preparation time: 25 min / Cooking: 25 min 2 tablespoons tablespoons vegetable oil 4 large boneless, chicken breast halves, skinned, cut into bite pieces 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into thin strips 1 cup tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 / 2 cup coconut milk 2 cups chicken broth or water 1 / 2 teaspoon Tabasco brand tea 1 tablespoon sauce pepper tea cup salt 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1. Serving: 2 Prep time: 10 minutes / Cooking: 20 min 3 lemons 2 c. tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary 2 tablespoons teaspoon olive oil 1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt 1 / 2 c. Tea coarsely ground pepper 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless whole 1. Using a grater, grate the rind of a lemon and reserve in small bowl. Slice all the lemons in half. 2. Chop half aside. 3. Drain remaining lemon juice in the bowl of lemon peel. Remove the seeds that may have fallen into the juice. 4. Serving size: 4 / Preparation time: 25 min / Cooking: 45 min 1 cup raw long grain rice 1 broiler fryer, cut into pieces (3 1 / 2 lb) 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 cup milk 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 / 2 cup chopped onion 2 tbsp for tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 / 4 cup of tea salt 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper 1 / 2 cup sliced almonds, divided 1.
