Ah, football season is in the air! And what does the football better than all the rich foods of parking. Burgers, dogs, wings and many more! But as we all know too well, these foods are impressive not so impressive with the fat and calories.
Therefore, I am about to share my tips and tricks to get the best tailgating food, and make them a bit healthier without sacrificing taste. Using these tips can enjoy of the football season without guilt.
My Top 5 Tailgating Food Tricks
Hamburgers
 • Simply the use of lean meat. They usually have 8 grams of fat per serving, but may go as low as 4 grams. It is a huge figure in fat and calories, uncut juicy flavor!
 • Upload your burger on a whole wheat bread with vegetables (like lettuce, onion, tomato, etc.) and mustard. Avoid added fats such as May.
 • Make cursors. This is a great way to control food portions, because the pancakes are made smaller to fit a small roll. Only sure not too many of these children eat all day!
Hot Dogs
 • With a little hot dog, you really want to make sure you know what you eat. Make sure you go all natural, organic and kosher, whenever possible.
 • Be sure to go to a hot dog in the field under fat. Aim for a hot dog with 1-2 grams of fat per Wiener, with no more than 5-6 grams.
 • Use a small whole wheat bread. If you have to dress your hot dog with lots of extras, go with mustard, salsa and onions.
Chicken wings and
 • For chicken simple grid, choose a grill seasoning mixtures (such as Mrs. Dash cast grill) instead of barbecue sauce. You can save a lot of empty calories way.
 • In the chicken wings, choose skinless chicken wing to eliminate about 5 grams of fat and 50 calories!
Coleslaw
 • It is as simple Just replace the pre-dressing or mayonnaise with plain nonfat yogurt. Add to this a little mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little mix ranch dressing for a shot added to a mix of prepackaged cabbage salad.
Potato salad
 • As it did with salad cabbage, simply replace with plain nonfat yogurt in May. Also if you use butter, promise to pursue Fat Free Butter (cardiologist is recommended).
 • If you try reducing carbohydrates, cut small pieces of cauliflower to be used in place of potatoes.
