grilling on the George Foreman grill?
I try to eat healthy and I see lots of recipes for a barbecue, but what of George Foreman grill? Can I still use aluminum foil on it or revoked if the purpose of the grid? I can close or leave it open the grill and rotate each side? i "m that just discussed this topic to stick or dry. I have a delicious recipe for tilapia in foil, but I need something a little faster .... All suggestions will much appreciated!
I am a former chef and fish such as tilapia, salmon, monkfish, grouper and some others are in the door, I would say to cook so Fast by the superior and cook like a steak or pork chops, even a little of the marinade or brush with oil and seasoning befo on the grid. I do for 5-7 minutes every inch of thickness, so a small piece of tilapia cook faster than a salmon fillet or steak, halibut and monkfish ALOS slightly away a bit densest fish. It cooks faster and more easily removed by reducing the top and lifting the bottom has a wide spatula good or booster to make and enjoy.
