grilling on the George Foreman grill?

I try to eat healthy and I see lots of recipes for a barbecue, but what of George Foreman grill? Can I still use aluminum foil on it or revoked if the purpose of the grid? I can close or leave it open the grill and rotate each side? i "m that just discussed this topic to stick or dry. I have a delicious recipe for tilapia in foil, but I need something a little faster .... All suggestions will much appreciated!
