Burger recipes?

What are some good recipes or tips to make a good, well-cooked hamburger? I'm not talking about ground beef recipes beef in them, like Hamburger Helper - I'm asking for real hamburgers. I tried to make burgers at our George Foreman Grill a couple of times add the onion mixture Lipton, hamburger seasoning, green peps, so each attempt, but none of these are large burgers, like, scrumptous juicy burgers at some restaurants - Where is the problem and what kind of recipes and tips can you offer? Wow. I feel overwhelmed by the number of responses and delicious recipes that sound! In general, I like to choose the best answer, but it's a difficult choice. So I'll let you guys choose! Thanks for your help!
