george foreman grills walmart

Healthiest way to cook boneless chicken breasts filets?

Like the kind that are raw, boneless, skinless. they're sold in like 3lb bags at walmart usually. is it best to like grill them on the george foreman? boil them? which ways will remove the most fat and possibly sodium?

i was going to say barbque them but the George Foreman sounds even better, its easier.
