Pls help with salmon fillet cooked in an electric grill?

I am going to cook salmon steak and thought of them in an electric grill .. All IDEEA if I close the lid, or just release him? And the last question .. How can I make the marinade for this? Thank u in advance:)

Problem: salmon is delicate and has too much liquid. If you plan make a whole salmon with all the skin on both sides, the skin can help to stay together during the cooking salmon (even with the lid of the grill), but again, it would prudent.
