george foreman outside grill

I Need Help With Cooking Chicken....????? Please...?
I usually make chicken breast on the george foreman grill, but it always get too browned on the outside and the inside does not get cooked enough...So I want to cook it in the pan..How do I do that??Should I use oil or just spray it with pam??And what heat should i use to cook it evenly through??Thanks in advance
Yes it is boneless chicken
You did not specify whether it is boneless.
I think you are having problems because the chicken breast is so unevenly shapped, with some very thin areas and very thick meat.
The best way to ensure that your chicken breast is cooked through, pound it between dampened sheets of plastic wrap so it is all the same thickness. Use a small frying pan to whack it. Toss it on your grill or a frying pan. It won't take very long to cook. Then the outside will be evenly browned and the inside will be opaque.
