Ideas?

Can anyone share some ideas with me some recipes for skirt steak? I recommend kitchen (stove) or inside grill (Hamilton Beach). I'm so tired of Steak au Poivre, I thought of something unique. Interior oven or grill only please. Thank you.

This recipe is fabulous and takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta) 1 teaspoon teaspoon dark sesame oil 1 tablespoon peanut oil 1 tablespoon Minced peeled fresh ginger 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 cups chopped broccoli 1 1 / 2 cup sliced onion 1 Vertical (1) pound flank steak, and cut across the grain into thin strips 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium 2 tablespoons tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon chili paste with garlic Combine pasta and sesame oil, toss to coat. Heat the peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet heat medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and onion, cook 3 minutes. Add beef and cook for 5 minutes or until done. Add pasta mixture, soy sauce and other ingredients and cook for 1 minute or until lo mein is heated through, stirring constantly.
