george foreman bbq grill

IM cooking burgers on the George Foreman grill, I like to cover with barbecue sauce, if I do?

if I wore it even before I start cooking the meat or should I just burn it halfway, or when I'm done?

Sear the meat first and then make the sauce until they are nearly finished. Too soon and the sauce burn. Real BBQ in fact add the sauce after cooking. But wait until the end will be hot and enforce that decision.
