Using a George Foreman grill for tuna?
Help, my first attempt to make tuna steaks with it came out so dry! I know tuna's a little dry to begin with. Does anyone have experience with a George Foreman grill with making tuna steaks that don't come out so dry? Any marinades, less cooking time? I had them in for 8 mins.
You are cooking them WAYYY TOO LONG. Fresh tuna steaks should be seared for about 2 min per side (2-3 total time on a George Foreman) over High heat.
