goerge foreman grill

Need to know how hot to get a George Foreman grill to cook a fish. Any answers? I'm grilling a couple of fish for lunch, but I can only use my fat reducing grilling machine, a.k.a. Goerge Foreman grill. I don't know how hot to get the grill to cook the fish. Anyone know how hot to get the grill? If yer cooking fish or poultry a setting of 325 to 350 will be fine,if it is thawed fish it wont take long to cook so keep an eye on it,,internal tempature of properly cooked fish should be in the 170 to 190 range,,sprinkle some lemon pepper and light brush of butter your good to go!
