If you have a kitchen, you probably have a collection of spices. But what spices you use your full potential? Here are five simple tips that you will help ensure you get the most of their ingredients.

1. Do not use spices or herbs that are too old.

3. Do not sprinkle spices directly from the bottle in a pan.

You should never find for spices right from their containers in a boiling pot. There are two good reasons. Number one is too easy to fall and download. The most important rule of all, enjoy your spices. Experiment. Try new flavors and new combinations. Spices used to be very rare and valuable, but there's more. Thus, it is stored until it is dry - crush, grind, roast and bring aromas and flavors of world cuisine.
