Can I have your favorite recipe for vegetarian low fat cooked in a crockpot?
I live in a truck and a small kitchen me, the kind that cooks on the side. I would appreciate if you could send me a recipe for something delicious and different that I could do in my truck. I need ingredients that are widely available at Wal-Mart. This is the only place I can drive my car to make the purchase. I have a small Coleman, picnic-sized 12-volt refrigerator. All it is to cook the rice, which is not the best way to cook rice, but better than Twinkies. I have a microwave and a George Foreman grill as well (chicken). I like chicken, turkey and salmon and other fish in moderate amounts, about 6 ounces / Day I love vegetables, so we should be grateful for any help!
Recipes I can I do with what I have and what I learned, but I like MA Crock lentils and vegetable broth or tomato juice Crock onion and mushrooms, diced and sauteed with olive Olive first (faster pots) i and season with cayenne pepper a touch of black pepper and cumin or two worchesteshire (only because I love cumin) cinnimon and / or brown sugar to taste more of a tomato chili paste helps thicken the mixture of taste, if up - fun - eat well - be happy (the star is a cool q)
