Can I have your favorite recipe for vegetarian low fat cooked in a crockpot? I live in a truck and a small kitchen me, the kind that cooks on the side. I would appreciate if you could send me a recipe for something delicious and different that I could do in my truck. I need ingredients that are widely available at Wal-Mart. This is the only place I can drive my car to make the purchase. I have a small Coleman, picnic-sized 12-volt refrigerator. All it is to cook the rice, which is not the best way to cook rice, but better than Twinkies. I have a microwave and a George Foreman grill as well (chicken).
