george foreman grill guide

Cooking chicken legs on my george foreman: Temp + Time?? I've got this George Foreman Digital Grill. I'm not sure what the model number is. Anyway, I lost the "guide" that tells you how long to cook the food at at what temperature (this grill offers different temps). I can't find another copy ANYWHERE. Not even online. I'm making chicken legs today and I'd like to use my grill. Any tips on what temperature and how long I should cook the legs? They've got the skin on, not breaded.
