How do I keep egg from sticking to the sides of an egg that the ring is not non-stick?
I bought one that looks real strong but To my regret was not anti-adhesive. Have the eggs as the stick that is glued to walls and eggs ring instead of a fried egg perfectly formed, I find one that is very difficult to remove.
The suggestion to grease the inside of the ring is useful. Furthermore, the fat out of the ring, too. Also, cook eggs the lowest temperature possible. Too much heat causes the protein in the egg behave like glue.
