If you've never eaten salmon barbecue at home or in a fine restaurant, you might say: "The best grilled salmon That I ever had!"

Well, that may be true, but here's a recipe I will share with you what I know will enhance their experience in the kitchen, and make your taste buds yearn for grilled salmon on several occasions.

Years ago, a friend of mine in Buenos Aires, Argentina I met during my stay there a few years, has prepared the most delicious fish I have ever tasted. We cook on a charcoal grill twenty pounds of fish in the river called "El Dorado". It occurred to me that catches of fish in a fishing trip near the border with Paraguay. My wife and I have invited more than twenty people for lunch and enjoyed a evening of celebration.

I applied the same recipe for grilled salmon in recent years with the same spectacular results.

Here is the recipe for you. I usually cook my salmon on my George Foreman Grill, but you can grill the fish without doubt, a stream of carbon or gas. You just need to know from experience that the fish is ready to be served, but I will give you some advice on this issue. You can also cook your fish if you do not practice football.

Ingredients:

Recommended fish: fresh salmon (or other favorite fish)

The spices used: pepper, salt and Old Bay with garlic and herbs

Lemons Lemons: I love key limes (small and juicy lemon), or regulate well

Preparation:

Cooking time is a bit difficult. It could be fifteen minutes, or it may be twenty-five to thirty minutes, depending on the amount of fish and the heat is used in the grid. Here's how you know that fish is cooked to perfection. With a fork, press the top slab (s) from time to time but after fifteen minutes of cooking. If soft, it's still raw and not very smart. Tap again in a few minutes until they experience a sense strong.

Another way to find out if the fish is ready to serve is to cut the tip of the slab with a knife, and check if the meat is easily flaked off. Taste of fish, and do the same test at the center of the slab. Cut into it with a knife and make sure it is fully cooked.

Finishing touches:
