How long should I cook the swordfish in the oven, cast iron grill?
Hi, I'm a swordfish marinated grilled (about 1 inch thick) cast iron grill inside. Any experienced cooks out there who can tell me the time to cook on each side and how to know when is did? Thank you.
Depends on the thickness of the swordfish and the heat of the grill, but the general rule is 4 minutes per side or until you feel the fleshy part of your hand between thumb and forefinger.
