How long to cook a 7 oz filet in a George Foreman grill?
I have a 7 oz steak I've cooked rare. I have no traditional BBQ, I'm in the environment in foil and cooked in my George Foreman grill. So anyway, I wondered how long should I cook for rare.
Do not wrap in paper. Cook on grill for 10 to 12 minutes of weird.
